# Digrin

A dividend-growth tracker with a long CSV import list and Trading 212 or IBKR sync.

**Best for:** dividend-growth investors at European neo-brokers or Interactive Brokers who want a pay calendar, yield on cost and XIRR from their own transactions; not for anyone who needs alerts, a filable tax report or a native app.

## What it is

Digrin is a dividend tracker that works from your transaction history rather than a list of
holdings. Feed it buys, sells and dividends, and it returns a dividend calendar of paid, announced
and projected payments, yield on cost, dividend growth rate, XIRR against SPY or any ETF, and a
per-year estimate of capital gains and dividends by currency. Around it sit public research pages:
a dividend screener, ex-dividend and earnings calendars, a suspended-dividends list, a Canadian
Dividend Aristocrats list and the CCC (Champions, Contenders, Challengers) list of US dividend
raisers. The vendor dates the project to 2014 and describes it as built by one dividend investor
for his own portfolio.

## Pricing

Explorer is free and capped by activity: one portfolio and 30 transactions a month. Plus is
EUR 7.99 a month or EUR 50.04 a year; Pro is EUR 12.99 a month or EUR 107.88 a year. Billing is in
euro only. There is no trial; the pricing page offers a "7-14 day" money-back guarantee instead.

Paying buys horizon and history more than features: the calendar reaches 2 years ahead on Plus and
10 on Pro against six months on Explorer, statistics cover the full history rather than this year
and last, and tax estimates include the current year. Plus also adds CSV export, custom benchmarks
and the full earnings calendar with iCalendar export.

## Data & coverage

The exchange list runs from the US, Canada and London through XETRA, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Bombay,
the ASX and the Nordic exchanges, with crypto priced through CoinMarketCap. The FAQ says Digrin
"uses multiple data sources" and names none, and it says nothing about how fresh quotes are. Paid
members can force a refresh of one symbol's data when it looks wrong.

## Integrations

Automatic sync with Trading 212 and Interactive Brokers runs once a day at roughly 15:00–16:00
UTC; paid plans can trigger it every five minutes. Both connections are read-only. The IBKR link
uses Flex queries, which only reach back 365 days, so older history has to come from a file.
Named CSV formats cover about twenty brokers, Snowball Analytics exports included, and an
AI-assisted import reads any other layout (3 a day free, 20 on paid plans).

A public MCP server answers research questions: dividend profile, screen, upcoming ex-dates,
recent cuts, CCC lists. It reads Digrin's public data, not your portfolio.

## Limitations

- Only two brokers sync automatically. Everyone else re-imports a file.
- Ticker changes and spin-offs are manual. The FAQ's own example is FB becoming META; a spin-off
needs a new position and a token sell of the parent to keep cost basis sane.
- A split can take "a few weeks" to be recognised, and Digrin warns the numbers may be wrong
  until it is.
- Tax output is an estimate by currency and by stock, not a report for any country's filing.
- No native app — it installs as a Progressive Web App and needs a connection for most pages.
- No email or push alerts are described anywhere on the pricing page or the FAQ.

## Alternatives

[Snowball Analytics](https://stockmarketstack.com/tools/snowball-analytics) connects about 1,000 brokers through aggregators
on its paid plans. [DivvyDiary](https://stockmarketstack.com/tools/divvy-diary) is the German-broker equivalent.
[Portfolio Performance](https://stockmarketstack.com/tools/portfolio-performance) is free and desktop-only.

## FAQ

### Is Digrin free?

The Explorer plan is free with no end date, but it is capped by activity rather than by holdings — one portfolio and 30 transactions per calendar month. The dividend calendar looks six months ahead instead of two or ten years, there is no CSV export, and tax estimates leave out the current year.

### Which brokers can Digrin sync with automatically?

Two — Trading 212 and Interactive Brokers, both read-only. Everything else is a CSV or XLSX import, with named formats for about twenty brokers including Fidelity, Degiro, Revolut, Robinhood, Freetrade, XTB, eToro, Saxo and Tastytrade, plus an AI-assisted import for files in any other layout.

### Does Digrin handle DRIP, splits and spin-offs?

DRIP yes — per dividend or as a rule for all future dividends, and it adds shares, which is the usual reason a share count looks too high. Splits are applied automatically, though Digrin says it can take a few weeks to notice one. Spin-offs and ticker changes are left to you to enter by hand.

### What does the Digrin MCP server do?

It answers public research questions — a ticker's yield, payout ratio, growth streak and upcoming ex-dates, a dividend screen, recent cuts, the CCC lists. Digrin's own terms say it does not read or change your portfolio unless you separately authenticate.
