## What it is

A subscription filing service, run by a Texas company, that treats the SEC's disclosure record as
a product rather than as a lead magnet: Forms 3, 4 and 5, Schedules 13D and 13G, and 13F holdings,
all searchable, with email alerts and a CSV of the day's filings on the top tier.

The distinctive thing is its business model, and it is the honest version of one this category is
full of. Everything on the public site is six months old, stated plainly in a banner. Nothing is
hidden behind a modal that appears after you have read three rows, and nothing is dressed up as a
free product with unadvertised caps. You get to see exactly what the tool does, against data that
is useless for trading, and the subscription is the clock.

The site itself is old — a Joomla build with the look to match. That is worth knowing and is not a
verdict: the filings are current, the alerts run, and the feature list is deeper than most of the
prettier tools here.

## Pricing

Two plans, each listed at one price and sold at another. Insider Advanced is $44.95 a month
against a $54.99 list; Insider Pro is $49.95 against $59.99. Longer commitments step the monthly
rate down, and twelve months brings Advanced to $485.46 and Pro to $539.46, which works out at
$40.46 and $44.96 a month.

Five dollars separates the tiers and almost every tool sits on the far side of it: the insider and
dividend screeners, buy-sell ratios, user-defined alerts, unlimited ticker watching and the daily
CSV are all Pro. Advanced is real-time filings and a 100-ticker watch list. For most buyers the
question is not which tier but whether $50 a month is worth it against

A seven-day trial exists for first-time subscribers and converts automatically, with no pro-rata
refunds afterwards.

Paid data is described as real time, updated as filings arrive, with a daily cutoff at the market
close so that anything filed after it appears the next trading day. The free view is six months
behind by design.

No congressional trades, no lobbying, no short interest, and nothing outside the US. A coverage
start year is not published anywhere on the site.

## Limitations

- **No API.** The Pro CSV covers the day's filings, not history, and there is no other
  machine-readable route.
- **The free tier cannot be used for anything.** Six months late is the point, not a flaw, but it
  means there is no way to evaluate freshness before paying.
- **No coverage start date is published,** so how far the history actually reaches is unknown
  before you subscribe.
- **No congressional data,** which is the one dataset a reader coming from the free sites will
  most often expect to find.
- **The trial auto-converts and refunds are not pro-rata.** A diary entry on day six is the
  defence.
- **The site is dated and the vendor is small.** A Houston company with no public roadmap, no
  changelog and a stock Joomla footprint — the filings are current, and there is nothing to
  suggest what happens if the operator stops.

## FAQ

### Why is the data on the public pages so old?

Because it is meant to be. Unpaid access is held six months back, and the site says so in a banner on the page — a filing list checked on 21 September 2026 was showing 24 March 2026. Real-time data is what the subscription buys, which makes this the only tool in the category whose free tier is a demonstration rather than a product.

### What does it cover beyond Form 4?

Forms 3, 4 and 5 for insider transactions, Schedule 13D and 13G as both a daily list and a history, and 13F institutional holdings with top-hedge-fund tables, top bought and sold, a fund performance screener and money-flow views. There is no congressional data, no lobbying and no short interest.

### What is the difference between Advanced and Pro?

Five dollars a month and most of the tools.
