# SignalStack

Webhook-to-broker order routing, billed per order sent rather than per account.

**Best for:** traders whose alerts already fire from TradingView, TrendSpider or Zapier and who trade a few times a week; not for anyone who needs the rule built or backtested.

## What it is

SignalStack is an order router. You connect a broker or exchange, configure a "stack" — the order
SignalStack should place when an alert arrives — test it, and paste the resulting webhook URL and
payload into the platform that fires your alerts. From then on an alert becomes an order in your
account without you at the screen. It does not build, scan or backtest anything, and its own
disclosure says it offers no alerts, signals, research or advice of its own.

It is a TrendSpider company, and the plumbing behind [TrendSpider](https://stockmarketstack.com/tools/trendspider)'s strategy
bots: TrendSpider subscribers get a free SignalStack account for manual orders and pay SignalStack
separately once automated execution passes five orders a month. It is sold on its own terms as
well, to anyone whose alerts come from TradingView, Zapier, IFTTT or a script of their own.

## Pricing

Metered by signals — orders successfully delivered to a live account — rather than by connected
accounts. Free gives 5 a month with no card; Basic is $27/month for 50, Premium $97 for 250 and
Pro $340 for 1,000, with annual billing at $270, $970 and $3,470. Paper signals and broker
connections are unlimited on every plan. Unused signals expire monthly; upgrades credit unused
signals against the price; there are no refunds.

The arithmetic matters more than the tier names. Fifty signals is two to three round trips a
week, so a strategy that enters and exits daily on one ticker outgrows Basic in a month, and one
that trades several tickers intraday lands on Pro.

The pricing page carries a dormant "40% off for 12 months" promotion banner, switched off at the
time of checking; the figures above are the ones it displays.

## Data & coverage

About 30 integrations: US brokers including Alpaca, Charles Schwab, E*TRADE, Interactive Brokers,
Lightspeed, Lime, Public.com, Robinhood, tastytrade, TradeStation, Tradier and Webull; futures
through Tradovate, Ironbeam and Optimus Futures; forex and CFDs through Oanda, Forex.com, FXOpen
and Capital.com; Trading212; MetaTrader 5 and cTrader bridges; and crypto exchanges from Coinbase
and Kraken to Binance and Bybit. Which asset classes and order types work depends on the broker —
the integrations page lists them per connection, from market and limit up to stop-limit and OCO.

SignalStack supplies no market data; prices come from your signal source and fills from your
broker.

## Integrations

Inbound webhooks are the interface, with separate test webhooks that check whether a signal
arrives and is formatted correctly before anything reaches a live account, and a log of what came
in. Documented signal sources are TradingView alerts, TrendSpider alerts and strategy bots,
Zapier and IFTTT. SignalStack Connect, a developer API priced per connected end-user account, is
sold separately to companies building order routing into their own apps.

## Limitations

- **Nothing upstream of the alert.** No editor, no backtester, no performance reporting: whether
the rule is any good is decided on the platform that sends it.
- **Metering punishes active strategies.** A signal-count bill rises with trade frequency, which
flat per-account pricing elsewhere does not.
- The terms say the service is controlled from the US and makes no promise it is appropriate or
available elsewhere, even though several integrated brokers are not American.
- Liability is capped at $100 or the last 12 months' fees, whichever is lower — a dropped alert
or a failed order is your loss to carry.
- **Robinhood is listed, and Robinhood's terms cut the other way.** Its help-centre article on
third-party connections, read on 9 October 2026, says trading APIs may not be linked to an
account without Robinhood's written authorization and third-party applications may not take
action on the app. SignalStack's own page for the Robinhood connection was not reachable that
day, so what it says about authorization is unverified; ask both companies first.

## Alternatives

[TradersPost](https://stockmarketstack.com/tools/traderspost) does the same job priced by accounts and asset classes instead
of signals, which favours busy strategies on one or two accounts.
[TrendSpider](https://stockmarketstack.com/tools/trendspider) if you want the charting, scanning and backtesting in front of
SignalStack from the same company. [Option Alpha](https://stockmarketstack.com/tools/option-alpha) if the strategy is an
options spread built and run in one place.

## FAQ

### What counts as a signal on SignalStack?

An order successfully sent to a linked broker account. An order the broker answers with an error is not counted, and an accepted limit order counts whether or not it fills. Unused signals expire at the end of each monthly cycle and do not carry over.

### Is paper trading free on SignalStack?

Yes. Orders to a broker's simulated, paper or demo account do not use up signals on any plan, the free one included. Only orders to live accounts are metered.

### How is SignalStack related to TrendSpider?

SignalStack LLC is a TrendSpider company, and it is the route TrendSpider's own strategy bots use to reach a broker. It works just as well with alerts from TradingView, Zapier, IFTTT or anything else that can send a webhook.

### Does SignalStack refund unused months?

No. The pricing page states that no refunds are given; you can cancel or downgrade at any time and keep the signals already paid for until the end of the billing period.

## Head to head

- [TradersPost vs SignalStack: one bills per account, the other per order](https://stockmarketstack.com/compare/traderspost-vs-signalstack.md) — Both turn an alert into an order at your broker, and neither builds the rule. The broker list decides first; after that, how often you trade sets the price.
