## What it is

TradeZella is a hosted trade journal built around automatic import: connect a broker, and every
fill arrives with entry, exit, size, commissions and P&L already filled in. On top of that sit
about 300 canned reports, a tagging system, a bar-by-bar backtester over 11+ years of history,
and a tick-level replay of trades you actually took, with Time and Sales and Level II.

The 2026 addition is Zella AI: a chat layer plus three agents that auto-tag each imported trade,
score a session against your own stated rules, and brief you on market conditions before the
open. They run on a monthly credit budget rather than being unlimited, and the vendor is clear
that none of them issues buy or sell calls.

## Pricing

Three plans, no free tier and no advertised trial. Month to month: Essential $35, Pro $59,
Ultra $99. Annual billing cuts 25% — $315, $531 and $891 a year, which the page prints as
$26, $44 and $74 per month, so read the toggle before quoting a number. This was a July 2026
increase, the first since 2022, and Essential went up $6 and Pro $10.

What actually separates the plans is connected accounts (1 / 50 / unlimited), AI credits
(500 / 1,500 / 3,000) and automated AI backtests (one free run / 10 / 100). Two things are
withheld from Essential outright: trade replay, which removes the feature most people came for,
and all three Zella AI agents — at $35 the credits buy chat and the weekly and monthly review
reports, but nothing that tags or reviews on its own.

## Data & coverage

Stocks, options, futures, forex and crypto, in whatever market your broker trades — the
integration list is heavy on non-US MetaTrader brokerages, and the app handles multiple
currencies. TradeZella ships no live market feed of its own; the market data it does carry is
historical, for replay and backtesting, at one-second resolution.

## Integrations

Auto-sync covers Charles Schwab, Interactive Brokers, TradeStation, Thinkorswim, Robinhood,
Tradovate, NinjaTrader, Rithmic, cTrader, DXtrade, TradeLocker, Oanda, eToro, Bybit and both
MetaTrader builds. Several popular brokers are file upload only, including Tastytrade, Webull,
Coinbase, Tradier, Questrade, TradeZero, Lightspeed, Sterling, Das Trader, TC2000, Sierra Chart,
Quantower and TopstepX — check your own broker's row rather than the headline, because the
vendor's blog names Webull and Coinbase among brokers whose trades "are imported automatically"
while the integrations page lists both as file upload only.
Prop-firm accounts get their own dashboard. Trades export back out as CSV.

## Limitations

- No free tier, no trial, and no monthly price under $35.
- Essential has no trade replay and none of the three AI agents, so the entry plan is a
  reporting tool rather than a review tool.
- Options are journaled and get an expiration report and options-aware charts, but nothing in
  the app does greeks, implied-volatility or chain analysis — the vendor's greeks calculator is
  a free page on its marketing site, not part of the subscription — and the backtester covers
  stocks, futures, crypto and CFDs, not options.
- Web only. No iOS or Android app and no desktop build.
- No public API and no webhooks: data comes in through the supported integrations or a CSV, and
  goes out as a CSV.
- AI usage is metered in credits that reset monthly, so heavy tagging and review can run out
  before the month does.

### Does TradeZella have a free plan or a free trial?

No. The pricing page sells three paid plans and nothing else, and the vendor's own pricing write-up states there is no free plan. The cheapest way in is one month of Essential at $35.

### Which brokers sync automatically and which need a CSV?

Automatic sync covers Charles Schwab, Interactive Brokers, TradeStation, Thinkorswim, Robinhood, Tradovate, NinjaTrader, Rithmic, cTrader, DXtrade, Oanda, eToro and MetaTrader 4 and 5. ### Is the 500+ broker count real?

Real but padded. The non-MetaTrader list is roughly forty named brokers and platforms; the rest of the count is hundreds of individual MT4 and MT5 forex brokerages, all of which reach TradeZella through the same MetaTrader connection.

### Does TradeZella place trades or tell me what to buy?

Neither. It is not a brokerage, and the vendor states explicitly that Zella AI will not issue buy or sell calls. The AI works on your own filled trades and on general market conditions.
