Kinfo

Broker-synced trade stats you cannot edit, so the record proves itself.

Best for US day traders at a supported broker who want a performance record nobody, including themselves, can edit, and possibly a public verified profile; not for traders who want manual entry, CSV import or same-day stats.

What it is

A performance tracker whose selling point is that you cannot edit it. You link a brokerage account read-only, Kinfo imports every transaction, groups them into closed trades, and computes win rate, gains in dollars and percent, and an equity curve from what the broker reports — not from what you typed. Nothing can be excluded. Pro adds the journaling layer on top: notes, tags, custom periods, the full history and advanced reports.

The other half is social. Profiles are private by default, but a trader can go public, appear on a leaderboard with a star rating and be followed, so the product doubles as a way to prove a track record. Kinfo AB is based in Stockholm; the FAQ says its target market is US only.

Pricing

Free covers broker auto-sync, basic analytics and a verified profile. Pro is $24.90 a month for full history, priority sync, advanced reports, data export, notes and tags. Pro+ is $44.90 and adds hiding your executions from other users, an Excel and Google Sheets integration the page does not describe further, and option spread detection. Yearly billing is 25% off; the page opens on monthly. The FAQ says the paid tier is how the company makes money.

Data & coverage

Whatever the linked broker reports — the FAQ says Kinfo is not limited by instrument type. The broker list tags each entry with stocks, options, futures, crypto or FX/CFD. Performance is calculated on closed trades only; open positions do not move the numbers until they are closed.

Integrations

Twenty named brokers on the stock, options and futures side: SageTrader, TradeZero and Zimtra (the three marked "Premium", which the page does not explain), TradeStation, Tradier, Charles Schwab, Interactive Brokers, NinjaTrader, PropReports, Cobra Trading, Guardian Trading, SuccessTrader, Lightspeed, CenterPoint Securities, Ocean One Securities, AMP Futures, E-Trade, Robinhood, Alpaca and Fidelity. Then roughly 370 FX/CFD brokerages, which is most of the list by count. There is no CSV upload and no manual entry, so an unsupported broker means no journal.

Limitations

  • Sync is nightly, not live: trades appear the next morning, later on the free plan.
  • No manual entry, no file import, and no way to exclude a trade. That is the design, and it rules Kinfo out for anyone at an unsupported broker.
  • Kinfo's own pages disagree about hiding executions — "coming soon" on the homepage, an add-on on its feature page, and a Pro+ line item on the pricing page.
  • A public profile shows your executions to other users unless you pay for Pro+.
  • The site carries a "Recommended education" page listing paid chatrooms and courses run by verified traders, at $88 to $125 a month or $997 for a programme. Kinfo does not sell them itself; read the page as marketing, and remember that a verified past record is not a forecast.
  • No price charts, no trade replay, no tax report and no API.

Alternatives

Tradervue and TraderSync import from more brokers and let you upload files when a sync does not exist. TradeZella auto-syncs many of the same brokers and adds replay. For a journal you fill in yourself, StonkJournal is free with no trade cap. Kinfo is the pick only when an unedited, broker-sourced record is the thing you want.

FAQ

Can I add or edit trades in Kinfo by hand?

No. Kinfo imports every transaction from your linked broker, read-only, and its FAQ says you cannot exclude trades from the performance calculation. That is the point of the product — the record is verified because you cannot touch it — and the reason it is the wrong tool for a broker it does not support.

How fast do trades show up?

The next morning. The FAQ says sync runs nightly, US Eastern time, and captures the previous day's trades; paid accounts are done by about 6–7 AM and free accounts usually between 9 and noon. The homepage's "real-time" is not what the FAQ describes.

Is Kinfo a copy-trading app?

No. Its FAQ says it does not provide copy-trading, and it places no trades. Profiles are private by default; if you opt in to being public, other users can see your verified performance and, unless you pay for Pro+ to hide them, your executions.

Which brokers does Kinfo support?

Twenty named stock, options and futures brokers, including Interactive Brokers, Charles Schwab, Fidelity, E-Trade, Robinhood, TradeStation, Tradier, Lightspeed, TradeZero, CenterPoint, Cobra, AMP Futures and NinjaTrader, plus about 370 forex and CFD brokerages. The vendor describes the US as its target market.
